Summary: A simple story in which the Winx without Bloom must use the Heart of Kandrakar to transform because a new enemy has blocked their powers. Post Season 3.
Aisha looks at her chest. The pink stone embedded in her flesh hums softly.
“Are you ready?” she asks the other Winx without Bloom.
“Ready!” they say in unison.
Since a new enemy blocked their Enchantix powers and kidnapped Bloom, the other Winx have had to find a new source of power.
The Heart of Kandrakar belonging to the Guardians of the Veil could help them but the Guardians needed it to transform. The Heart then split into two. One remained with the Guardians, the other with the Winx. Aisha was chosen to carry the Winx’s Heart of Kandrakar.
“Very well,” said Aisha. “Winx, Unite!”
The pink stone emerges from her flesh and transforms into a pink glowing orb. Five colored lights emerge from the orb and enter each Winx's chest. The orb then disappears. Aisha and her friends transform into fairies. Their appearances are identical to their Winx forms (first transformation) but with Enchantix-level wings.
“Morphix!” said Aisha, completing her transformation.
“Music!” said Musa, completing her transformation.
“Technology!” says Tecna, completing her transformation.
“Nature!” said Flora, completing her transformation.
“Moon-Sun!” said Stella, completing her transformation.
Afterwards, the Winx look at each other, then smile.
“It worked!” said Flora.
“Now we can save Bloom!” added Musa.
“Not so fast,” said Tecna. "We only have half of the Heart of Kandrakar in a way. That means its power is cut in two. Plus we don't know if it can keep us transformed for very long.”
“Tecna is right,” said Aisha. “Rushing blindly into trying to find this Necromancer would be doomed to failure. We need to train first.”
“How boring!” complains Stella.
“Don't complain, Stella!” retorts Flora. “Also ‘Moon-Sun’?”
“I am the sun and moon fairy. So yes, I say ‘Moon-Sun.’ Does that bother you?”
“We're not arguing,” said Musa. “Bloom needs us to be united.”
The other Winx nodded their heads. Training can now begin.
